Delivery and courier service
Postage will be charged on all packages to a minimum rate of £2.95 for orders in mainland Britain. However, if your order totals more than £24.00, your delivery will be free of charge (This excludes The Channel Isles).
We reserve the right to increase postage costs to certain postcodes to cover our own costs of service.
We are happy to discuss the costs of guaranteed Saturday deliveries on an individual basis.
We use Royal Mail as our main courier service.
Please note: delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract and all risk in the products shall pass to the customer or its appointed agent at the time of delivery.
How long will my order take?
We always aim to dispatch goods on the same day that they are ordered if the order is received before 12.00am. However, during busy periods deliveries may take up to 3 working days.
Important Delivery Update: Due to the Covid-19 Situation orders are now typically taking up to 7 working days.
Orders placed before 12.00am on a Friday will be out for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday then the order will be out for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note: Goods cannot be delivered during weekends, public holidays and during the Christmas & New Year Period as these do not count as working days.
Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of NAIL IT LIKE A PRO as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for late, missed or non-delivered orders as these are carried out by a courier company on our behalf.
When purchasing goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. You are also liable for any additional customs clearance charges, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country the goods will travel through and where delivery is to be made.
