Refund and return Policy
If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not satisfactory quality, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will deliver replacement goods or refund the price paid.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss the return of the product(s) Please return the unopened product(s) to us within 14 days of your order date and we will issue a refund.
Products must be in a brand new, resale condition and in the original packaging. Products returned that do not meet this requirement will either be returned to the customer or up to a 20% charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
We pride ourselves on a fast turnaround with our orders so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so on the same day as you placed your order. In some instances, your order may have already been dispatched, in which case we will need to process this as a return. If you do wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 01788 226004 and we will endeavour to cancel this if possible.

We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our up most to resolve your query in the quickest of time and with as little inconvenience as possible.
